SHIPPING CHARGES Free shipping on all orders of Rs. 999 or above.For orders below Rs. 999, a standard shipping charge will apply and will be displayed at checkout. DELIVERY TIMELINE Estimated delivery timelines will be shown during checkout and may vary based on your location and courier service availability. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control. ORDER PROCESSING Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) COD availability depends on your delivery location and order history. Repeated COD refusals or failed deliveries may result in COD being restricted for future orders. ELENOIR may request partial advance payment for selected COD orders. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email.
